Most of us are not naturals at things we've never done before. Who cares if we fall?
Everybody falls sometimes. Just get back up and try again.
Never be afraid to try something new. Never tried ice-skating? Most communities have marvelous rinks and it is a delightful activity.
Watch the other skaters for a while. They glide across the ice - first one foot, then the other.
Get out there! Take it slow at first and then you'll be on your way.
